basis in order to keep make it better.
     Kinddog is a small studio that wishes to remain so. As an owner, Kwin Krisadaphong prefers to spend his time
on design work that he enjoys rather than growing into a large studio and having to spend most of his time for
managing instead of doing design. Therefore, the firm is able to handle a small number of jobs at a time. “We
wish to focus more on each individual project and spend more time with our clients.
To accomplish this, we must limit the number of initiatives we carry out at one time.
The challenging aspect is to say "No" to new jobs when our capacity is full.
In the coming year, we would like to improve our workflow and project management system so that clients can work more closely with us.
